The content has been developed by our Learning & Development team and co-designed with neurodivergent tech professionals, ensuring it is grounded in real-world experience and uses familiar terminology and scenarios relevant to tech environments.
The programme focuses on enhancing ways of working, communication, and project delivery by helping teams better understand neurodiversity and apply practical, effective adaptations.
