Empowering neurodivergent individuals to thrive and transforming workplaces into inclusive spaces where everyone’s unique strengths are valued and celebrated.

Our mission

Supporting organisations in becoming truly inclusive and unlocking the immense potential of neurodivergent talents is our core purpose. We aim to shift the narrative from merely providing adaptations and support to fostering enablement as the key to true inclusivity.

Our vision

We envision a future where all organisations seamlessly integrate inclusivity into their frameworks and processes. In such organisations, individuality is not seen as a challenge but as something to be celebrated and supported.

“With over a decade as a senior leader across various industries and work environments, I unknowingly masked my autism until my late 30s. This experience, combined with my journey into training and coaching, made me realise the need for real change.

By establishing Neurospecial, our team is committed to creating meaningful and lasting impact in the fields of organisational inclusion and neurodiversity.”

Chiltern Way Academy Wendover

Inclusive learning partnership

Chiltern Way Academy Wendover is a specialist school supporting young people with Autism and SEMH needs. In partnership with Chiltern Way Academy Trust, NeuroSpecial is building a portfolio of host organisations committed to inclusive practice through active learning—such as welcoming neurodiverse interns into their workforce.

Coaching for internship success

NeuroSpecial connects the academy with employers and, using an established framework of coaches, supports both interns and organisations—including line managers—to ensure each placement is a meaningful, successful experience and a celebration of inclusion in action.

Researching inclusive travel

The University of Hertfordshire's Social Science Research Team, led by Dr. Allan Jepson, is pioneering research into equitable travel and tourism for neurodivergent individuals and their families. Their work explores the barriers these families face—such as sensory sensitivities, inadequate facilities, and lack of staff understanding—and highlights the need for inclusive, supportive environments across the industry.

Turning insights into action

In collaboration with NeuroSpecial, the team aims to translate their findings into meaningful training and practical guidance for frontline staff and travel organisations. This partnership ensures that recommendations are grounded in robust research, enabling the sector to create genuinely inclusive experiences for neurodivergent travellers.
