We delivered a Female Autism & ADHD workshop at EasyJet, sharing insights and strategies to better support neurodivergent women. Staff left empowered to foster inclusivity for both colleagues and customers, turning awareness into real action.

We were thrilled to deliver a workshop on Female Autism and ADHD for the team at EasyJet, focusing on understanding the unique experiences and challenges faced by neurodivergent women. The session combined the latest research with practical strategies to support colleagues and customers alike, fostering a more inclusive environment across the organisation.

Why it mattered: female autism and ADHD are often underdiagnosed or misunderstood, which can lead to missed opportunities for support in both the workplace and everyday life. By raising awareness, we empowered EasyJet staff to recognise differences, adapt interactions, and champion inclusivity. The engagement and curiosity shown by participants highlighted a genuine commitment to understanding neurodiversity—and to making their teams and customer experiences truly inclusive.

It was inspiring to see knowledge translate into actionable change, proving that awareness is the first step toward meaningful inclusion.
